Should I Blackout behind the grill?
The orginal paintwork has black paint behind the grill.
I have done a quick and dirty Gimp change to the photo.

I prefer it with the blacked out grille. I plan to completely block off my grilles with black plastic when I do my conversion.

I have it blocked where the radiator used to mount.

You should black it out, but then run red LEDs across it so that it has a 'bouncing ball' like the eyes of the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica
Ha ha, my son wants the Knight Rider LED show. I have left plenty of room behind the grill (in front of the radiator-hole blocking panel) for "stuff".
